How to apply for Direct Debit (Bank Account Deduction) MFC investors can opt in for a convenient way to pay for a subscription of your mutual fund transaction. Just have a savings bank account with any given banks (listed below); you can apply for Direct Debit service. Next time you buy mutual fund with us through our channel, MFC Smart Tele or MFC Smart Trade, you can simply indicate your payment method as Direct Debit to deduct a subscription payment from your bank account. To apply for Direct Debit service, just follow these instructions.
· Fill in the form “Request for Direct Debit Service” and attach a copy of your designated bank account book; then send in all documents to MFC
· Allow MFC about 2-4 weeks to proceed your request; we will inform you of the result by mail
· The bank that can be chosen for you Direct Debit service (please select just one)

o Siam City Bank
